This Privacy Policy describes our collection and processing practices regarding Personal Data (defined below) that you provide directly to us or that we collect directly from you or a third party other than our enterprise customers. For purposes of clarity, this Privacy Policy does not cover our processing of Personal Data provided to us by our enterprise customers, which is governed by our agreement with the applicable enterprise customer. We only process such Personal Data at the direction of the applicable enterprise customer. Accordingly, if we process your Personal Data on behalf of one or more of our enterprise customers and you wish to discontinue such processing, or if you seek to exercise your rights with respect to such Personal Data, please reach out to the applicable enterprise customer on behalf of which we are processing your Personal Data. We will follow the enterprise customer’s instructions regarding your request.

This Privacy Policy covers how we treat Personal Data that we gather when you access or use our Website. “Personal Data” means any information that identifies or relates to a particular individual and also includes information referred to as “personally identifiable information” or “personal information” under applicable data privacy laws, rules or regulations. The Website is hosted and operated in the United States (“U.S.”) through Conduit and its service providers, and if you do not reside in the U.S., laws in the U.S. may differ from the laws where you reside. By using the Website, you acknowledge that any Personal Data about you, regardless of whether provided by you or obtained from a third party, is being provided to Conduit in the U.S. and will be hosted on U.S. servers, and you authorize Conduit to transfer, store and process your information to and in the U.S., and possibly other countries. You hereby consent to the transfer of your data to the U.S. pursuant to: (i) a data processing agreement incorporating standard data protection clauses, (ii) binding corporate rules for data protection that align with the GDPR’s requirements, or (iii) adherence to an industry- or technology-specific approved code of conduct blessed by the European Commission.
